This joint discussion on waste disposal at water treatment plants was presented at the 1966 AWWA Annual Conference at Bal Harbor, Florida. Discussion topics and their presenters are as follows: Introduction, by William W. Aultman of James M. Lazarchik of the Industrial Wastes Section, Pennsylvania Department of Health, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; Federal Pollution Control by H. W. Poston, of the U.S. Department of the Interior, Chicago, Illinois; and, Detroit's Waste Water Problems, by Gerald J. Remus of the Department of Water Supply, Detroit, Michigan.
