Abstract
Mr. Geller served with the FDA's General Counsel's Office for six years. For three years he was in the Rockville, Maryland, headquarters office and was then transferred to the Los Angeles District Office where he was in charge of all litigation concerning the FDA in the 13 Western States. During his time with FDA, he was involved in numerous regulatory actions concerning devices. In April, 1977, Mr. Geller left the FDA and entered private law practice. He is a partner in the firm of Geller and Bozeman in Los Angeles and specializes in the legal aspects of foods, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, and health care. He has written several articles in the FDA field and has spoken widely on various subjects concerning FDA-related activites.
