Abstract
WARISACRIMEAGAINSTHUMANITY The article is devoted to one of the destructive phenomena for humanity, from which all civilized states are protected not only by the army and navy, but also by the current criminal legislation. The criminal law prohibitions of war in France, Norway, Germany, Spain, Japan and Russia are considered. A comparative analysis of the criminal legislation of Russia and foreign countries has been carried out. The opinions of scientists devoted to the classification of crimes against the peace and security of mankind are given. Proposals have been made to improve the current criminal legislation. The author notes that Russia is implementing a national policy related to the rejection of war.
