Before joining Gateway, she was chief author of a chart book for the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation's Changing Health Care Marketplace Project. Larry Levitt is director of both the marketplace project and the foundation's California Grants Program. He was formerly a special assistant for health policy to California Insurance Commissioner John Garamendi.
