Abstract
These instructions, confirmed by Decree No. 398/P-18 of the State Committee on Labor and the Presidium of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions on September 4, 1964, are applied in calculating the wages of: instructional and administrative personnel of schools, boarding schools [internaty], children's homes, boarding hostels, children's reception and placement centers, labor colonies for minors, and special labor training schools and institutions; teaching and administrative personnel of kindergartens, combined day nursery-kindergartens, day nurseries, children's homes, Pioneer centers and palaces, young technicians' and young naturalists' stations, and other preschool and out-of-school institutions.
