Abstract

We examine the colliding beam process, e +e − → W o ±W 1 ∓, as occuring by the one- photon process. W o is the spin-zero intermediate boson conjectured to exist by Lee. W 1 is the spin-one boson, which is the familiar weak interaction theory intermediate boson. The anomalous magnetic moment of the W 1 is assumed to be zero and the masses of the two bosons are assumed to be related, for example, by m o = 1 2 m 1 . We choose m 1 = 2 GeV and at s = 10 GeV 2, it follows that the total cross section for e +e − → W o ±W 1 ∓ is about 4 × 10 −33 cm 2.
