Abstract
A method of quick observation of VSWR of microwave components in rather wider frequency range using a frequency modulated source and a photograph of multiple exposure is presented. The method was applied to the measurements of VSWR of accelerating tubes of JAERI linear accelerator, and the band pass character, the Brillouin diagram, and the group velocity were obtained.
