Abstract

This work aims at observing and compare the evolution of representations of cultural diversity among African authors over time. The investigation that focuses on works such as Kossi Efoui’s La fabrique de ceremonies; The Negro Grandsons of Vercingetorix by Alain Mabanckou and Le ventre de l’Atlantique by Fatou Diome, based on a sociocritical approach shows how the levels of representation of cultural diversity have evolved among authors of migration in conjunction with works published by African authors of negritude.
