Abstract
Volume characteristic database generation is an important part of aircraft fuel measurement. In order to establish the volume characteristic database quickly and accurately, CATIA secondary development is applied to automatically generate the volume characteristic database of each attitude angle and liquid level. The numerical accuracy of the fuel volume characteristic established in this paper is up to 100%, which indicates that the calculation method of fuel volume characteristic is accurate and feasible, and can provide a reference method for the establishment of similar fuel volume characteristic database.
