Abstract
On the cover: Polychromatic flow cytometry has experienced an explosion of colors in recent years. Incorporating 18 colors in a single multicolor antibody panel is now a reality, and such complexity requires standardized flow cytometers with ultra‐sensitive (Q) and high resolution (Btot) detectors. When measured precisely for all parameters, Q and Btot values can be used to evaluate performance of individual detectors, standardize the instruments, predict the success of antibody panels and serve as an accurate and reliable quality assurance tool.
