Abstract

This paper presents the structure as well as the theoretical and methodical foundations of a dissertation project which focuses on the tendencies for the reorientation of GFL high school teaching outside the officially German speaking countries. The research project is guided by the assumption that, as of 2008, the economic crisis has increased the vocational orientation of Italian and Spanish GFL university curricula. The research approach leads to qualitative and quantitative results.
