Abstract

Abstract Date Presented 04/22/2023 The Vocational Fit Assessment (VFA) is a measure of employment status designed to address the needs of transition-age youth. Clinical utility refers to the (1) relevance, (2) interpretability, (3) acceptability, (4) practicability, (5) accessibility, and (6) appropriateness of the VFA. High algorithm accuracy contributes to improved efficiency and consistency of interpretation and data-based decision making. Practitioners working in transition may use the VFA to support employment.
