Abstract

The article is the third, penultimate part of a four-part scientific study of the history of the petty-bourgeois school in Vladikavkaz. The publication examines the current life of the school, its financial component, national composition and the issue of providing appropriate conditions for students of the children of the townspeople. The problem of creating comfortable conditions for children led to the raising of the issue of a new facility. In this regard, two options were considered: the removal of premises or the construction of a new one. The article also touches upon the issue of the transformation of schools. The issue of transformation caused a disagreement between the petty-bourgeois society and the leadership of the petty-bourgeois council, which was also caused by a lack of financial resources. The publication will also contain verbatim parts of correspondence between representatives of the school (philistines) and the educational leadership.
