Abstract

This article attempts to emphasize the contribution of the prominent Slavic historian Pavel Apollonovich Rovinsky (1831-1916) to the cultural history of Montenegro. Based on the analysis of his works, taking into account scientific works on the topic of domestic and foreign experts, the authors note the contribution of the researcher in the field of Montenegrin historiography, ethnography and philology.
