Resumen CRDLos autores concluyeron que las concentraciones bajas de vitamina D se asociaron a una peor función cognitiva y a un mayor riesgo de enfermedad de Alzheimer. Su conclusión debe interpretarse con precaución, ya que se basa en la evidencia de estudios observacionales con posibles factores de confusión. Se sugieren recomendaciones para futuras investigaciones.
