Abstract
During the fall and winter there was a higher percentage of liver and of oil and less of vitamins A and D. Vitamins A and D and the unsaponifiable matter of the liver oil were higher than usual for Gadids. The intestines yielded less oil and vitamins than the liver, and the oil was relatively high in vitamin A, but low in vitamin D.
