Abstract

Plasmonic nanobiosensor is an optical biosensor based on the localized surface plasmon resonance effect (LSPR) of metal nanoparticles. This article mainly introduces the use of plasma nanosensor nucleic acid detection system of AuNP-DNA as nucleic acid probe for liver cancer expression related gene NQO 1 point mutation visual detection, and discusses the plasma nano biosensor compared with the traditional advantages of liver cancer early screening method and broad application prospects, and in the formation of liver cancer or liver cancer diagnosis and treatment in the field of timely treatment and prevention play an important role in advance.
