Abstract

The SR experiments on trypsin-BPTI complex are proposed. The proton and electron transfer processes are continuously occurring in a trypsin-BPTI complex and the process induces the local magnetic field. The   would be captured at the negatively charged oxyanion hole close to the reaction center of trypsin. As a control system of the SR experiment, trypsinmonoisopropylphosphoryl (MIP) system is adequate, because there the catalytic reaction is absolutely stopped.
