Abstract

Case Presentation: A 21-year-old man presented with unexplained weight gain, lower extremity edema, and proximal muscle weakness. On examination, he had elevated blood pressure, central obesity, and abdominal striae. He had abdominal imaging as part of the work-up of hypertension and suspected Cushing syndrome.
