Abstract

Studied the binary liquid mixtures of Methyl Acrylate with Benzene (B), and Substituted Halo Benzene molecules like Chloro Benzene (CB) and Bromo Benzene (BB) at 313.15K. Initially, the density and viscosities of the mixtures are measured and this data is utilized to calculate excess properties like excess molar volume (VE), excess viscosity (ηE), and excess Gibbs free energy (ΔG*E). These excess parameter values are fitted in the Redlich–Kister Polynomial equation and the intermolecular interaction is discussed.
