Abstract

The author has had chronic diseases for 30 years and selflearned internal medicine over the last 13 years. For a long time, he could not comprehend and manage the difficult medical terminologies, biomarker units, acceptance levels, numerical meanings, and biomedical interpretations, along with their real healthcare applications applied to daily life. Therefore, he has been searching for a simpler and easier way to help himself and other patients who have suffered similar diseases to overcome these hurdles.
