Abstract

Various medical research work has proven that the glucose fluctuation (GF) connects various diabetes complications, such as cardiovascular disease (CVD), coronary heart disease (CHD), chronic kidney disease (CKD), diabetic retinopathy (DR), stroke, liver cirrhosis, Alzheimer’s disease, and parkinsonism. The author defines GF as maximum glucose minus minimum glucose In this article, he uses his collected continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) sensor postprandial plasma glucose (PPG) data over 4 years from 5/8/2018 to 5/10/2022 as the base. But, he extends his GF definition into a wider range which includes the following 4 components:
