Abstract

In thermal power units, superheater outlet temperature is a very important parameter, but because of its long delay time and large inertia, it is difficult to obtain good control effect by traditional control algorithm. In this paper, taking a supercritical once-through boiler as the research object, combined with the established superheated steam temperature object model, a two-degree-of-freedom superheater outlet temperature control system based on VRFT is designed, and compared with the conventional tuning method, it is proved that the virtual reference feedback tuning (VRFT) method has many advantages, such as simple design, less computation, no need to select initial parameters and good convergence, is an application-oriented direct control system design method.
