Virtual reality testing of emergency scenarios could improve student reactions in the future

Abstract

Artificial intelligence is infiltrating every sector of college life, from admissions papers to now, research on how virtual reality simulations can improve campus safety. Emergency Management Science and Technology has published a paper entitled “Experimental Research on College Students’ Emergency Ability and Its Influencing Factors in Virtual Emergency Situations” that examines how AI technology, such as virtual reality simulations, can improve understanding of students’ ability to respond to emergency situations.
