Abstract
The 2020-21 interview cycle for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) fellowship was transitioned to a virtual format due to COVID-19. A previous study established that both fellowship applicants and program directors (PDs) had favorable experiences and perceptions of virtual interviews (VIs) and endorse its continued use.1
