Abstract
Synthesizing the phenomenon of road accidents in recent years, it is revealed that they are included in the group of negative phenomena with major implications in the development of relations at the social level. Statistically, it has been highlighted that, as a result of road accidents, there are losses of both human lives and particularly important financial values, which states that the Republic of Moldova is among the countries with a high risk of victimization.
