Abstract

The vinylation of 3-pyridazones through a step involving the production of 2-hydroxy-and 2-chloroethyl-substituted compounds with subsequent dehydrochlorination, as well as vinylation by means of vinyl acetate, in all cases leads only to N-vinyl derivatives.
