Abstract

For almost two decades, Higher Education Institutions (HEI) in Mexico have tried to bind efforts with society and companies. In this context, the Sistema Nacional de Institutos Tecnológicos reliant to the Secretaría de Educación Pública (SEP), with the necessity to reinforce the entailment between higher education and productive sectors, assigned professional curricula residences, among them, to the Instituto Tecnológico del Altiplano de Tlaxcala (ITAT). The intention of this article consists on showing this program achievements, and the aspects that favored or restricted its purpose. For ti, an evaluation research was accomplished using internal and external students and advisers survey.
