Abstract
Vincent John Bruno, equally ac complished as an artist, sailor, and ex pert on Greek and Roman painting, died of pneumo nia on 23 February 2008 in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Born in Manhattan, New York, on 8 Febru ary 1926, he was a graduate of Kenyon College and went on to study paint ing in Paris at the Ecole des Beaux U ancient art as an artist, illustrating and writing about it in a remarkably graceful style.
