Abstract
The planned development should be aimed at increasing the capacity of the village government and the Village Consultative Body through facilitation, training, and assistance in planning, implementing and monitoring village development, managing village assets and finances, preparing village maps and setting village boundaries, implementing village planning and developing centers village information. Overall capacity building refers to preparation of local resources.
