Video Digitization and Editing: An Overview of the Process

Abstract

Digitizing video is a complex process. Many factors affect the quality of the resulting digital video, including: quality of source video (recording equipment, video formats, lighting, etc.), equipment used for digitization, and application(s) used for editing and compressing digital movies.
