Abstract
Wünderlich Syndrome is the presence of spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage. Generally, it is secondary to an angiomyolipoma or a kidney cancer. We present the video of a laparoscopic nephrectomy in an acute Wünderlich Syndrome. As far as we know, there is no previous report of this surgery in the literature.
