Abstract

This article provides some background to vibrational spectroscopy utility in pharmaceutical analysis. It is not meant to be a complete or exhaustive one, but will provide the reader with sufficient background for selected applications. Vibrational spectroscopy is a fast and non-destructive analytical method. When it is associated with chemometrics, it can be a powerful tool for pharmaceutical drugs analysis. This article tries to present new developments in applications of pharmaceutical or drug analysis, covering the period between 2010 and 2015.
