Abstract
The Raman and infra-red spectra of 1,2-benzenedithiol, 2-aminothiophenol and 2-aminophenol are reported and assignments of fundamental modes are proposed. The Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectra (SERS) of these three ortho-disubstituted benzenes and 2-aminophenoxazone on gold and silver colloids are recorded.
