Abstract

This paper studies on vibratory roller. Through designing and analyzing the return circuit of hydraulic pump and the main circuit of stepless frequency vibration system, the paper explains that the frequency control of vibration roller adopts pump-controlled system consisting of variable pump and hydraulic motor. By changing the input current of electrical hydraulic servo valve, the pump swashplate angle can be changed. Thus, the displacement of variable pump can be changed and the purpose of changing the motor's rotate speed is achieved. The vibration frequency of hydraulic vibration system can be regulated steplessly among the designed range in accordance with the operating requirements. Furthermore, based on known conditions, to compute and selecte the main components of hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor, to check the relevant parameters of the hydraulic system, and to test and verify whether the selected hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor meet the system requirements.
