Abstract
The article describes the features of working conditions, the clinical picture, and the state of the neuromuscular system in assemblers-riveters with vibration disease from the effects of local vibration and its combination with deforming osteoarthritis using elec troneuromyography. It has been established that patients with vibration disease caused by exposure to local vibration and its combination with deforming osteoarthritis are character ized by changes in the excitability and functional mobility of the sensorimotor system, and the formation of autonomic-sensory polyneuropathy, depending on the severity of vibration disease and combination with deforming osteoarthritis.
