Abstract

The article describes the features of working conditions, the clinical picture, and the state of the neuromuscular system in assemblers-riveters with vibration disease from the effects of local vibration and its combination with deforming osteoarthritis using elec troneuromyography. It has been established that patients with vibration disease caused by exposure to local vibration and its combination with deforming osteoarthritis are character ized by changes in the excitability and functional mobility of the sensorimotor system, and the formation of autonomic-sensory polyneuropathy, depending on the severity of vibration disease and combination with deforming osteoarthritis.
