Abstract

In this paper, an elevator car traveling test and car vibration active control test are conducted to verify the car horizontal vibration of the super-high-speed elevator. First, the results of the car travelling test show that a comfortable car vibration level is achieved, which is equal to the former one in spite of the 750 m/min travelling speed, by using a high-quality guide rail, a roller guide with an oil damper and improved car dynamics. Second, we apply the disturbance observer to the motor control law, and the test result shows that the motor velocity variation and the high-frequency acceleration caused by the motor friction can be decreased. Last, we prove that the car vibration active control decreases the car vibration level to 1/1.5 times in comparison with the no-control case.
