This study addresses the significance of technologies that enhance the communication skills of several disciplines and healthcare industries. The increasing function of information and communications technology (ICT) has had a colossal effect on healthcare. It improves the nature of care, builds patient security and information insurance, and decreases working and authoritative expense. The media transmission gadgets are easier to use and utilized by an enormous populace worldwide. Along these lines, utilizing ICT has become essential and benefiting medical care administration. There are enormous difficulties faced in the healthcare areas, such as the patient’s clinical record, administrative records etc. By generous support of ICT Patient can take healthcare advancement at their own places. ICT is equally responsible to minimizes the difficulties associated with fundamental issues in healthcare. Presently, the hospitals rely upon ICT to redo the entire cycle of the medical services part. The suggested framework encourages the doctor to ceaselessly screen the patient’s history and indicative report and track the current well-being condition. The medical practitioners must have a good understanding with the patients or caregivers, the parents of the children who are remotely located through smart healthcare devices. In this chapter, a survey conducted with 100 samples reflects that communication through ICT is useful for a better understanding of an organization than verbal communication. Hence, one has to conclude that this social and economic potential of these new technologies for development is marvelous for healthcare industries.
