Abstract

Newly published data indicates that within a military veteran population that has seen a rise in the prevalence of cannabis use disorder, individuals with comorbid psychiatric disorders are experiencing even greater increases. The most recent numbers show that older veterans have recently become more susceptible to cannabis use disorder than younger groups, reflecting broader national trends in cannabis use among the elderly.
