Abstract

Low serum progesterone (P4) levels on the day of embryo transfer (ET) decrease the ongoing pregnancy rates in artificial cycles for frozen embryo transfer (FRET). It is not known whether very high P4 levels may be inducing any effect on clinical outcomes. Objective of this study is to determine whether there is an upper limit for serum P4 levels on the day of ET above which clinical outcomes are affected in artificially prepared FRET cycles.
