Abstract
1. The application of bait traps to catch the cherry fruit fly (Rhagoletis cerasi L.) is desirable for the practice of the plant protection service as well as for the elucidation of scientific questions. Therefore the possible usefulness of some substances as cherry fruit fly bait has been tested.
