Abstract

In order to improve the design efficiency of turboshaft engine control system and reduce the cost, a simulation platform for turboshaft engine with strong flexibility, versatility and convenience has been developed. It includes three parts. The first is a turboshaft engine model established in MATLAB/Simulink environment based on GasTurb, of which parameters of geometric, aerodynamic thermodynamic and loads can be customized. The second is a control system consists of steady state controller, transition state controller and limiters with modularization technology. The third is a friendly graphical user interface (GUI). All the simulation results show the high precision of the turboshaft model, the robustness of the controller, the convenience of the GUI and the engineering applicability clearly.
