Abstract

Tumor Therapy In article number 2110094, Jianxun Ding and co-workers develop a versatile polymer, 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-poly(ethylene glycol)-alendronate (DPA), for osteosarcoma blockade therapy. DPA not only initiates biomineralization in the peripheral tissue of tumors after insertion into the cytomembrane, but also alleviates bone destruction efficiently, both of which significantly inhibit the growth and lung metastasis of osteosarcoma.
