Abstract

A 56 year male farmer presented with a verrucous growth on the left fourth toe of seven years duration. There was a history of thorn prick while working in the fields, followed by the development of an gradually increasing erythematous papule (Fig. 1). Patient gave history of taking anti tubercular therapy for six months without any improvement. Biopsy for histopathology showed the following (Fig. 2).
