Abstract
The objective of our work is the evaluation of analytical performance by verifying the method of determination of serum aminotransferases by an Abbott kit on two Architect ci8200 automatons in the biochemistry laboratory of Mohammed VI University Hospital of Oujda. The verification of the analytical performance of the aminotransferase assay kits is performed on two Architect ci8200® automatons of Abbott in the biochemistry laboratory of Mohammed VI University Hospital of Oujda. All items are checked according to the flexible scope A. We performed a performance study of each of the two automata, by evaluating the repeatability, reproducibility, measurement inaccuracy and comparison between these two automata. The results obtained for the study are satisfactory overall and meet the acceptability criteria recommended by the supplier and the French Society of Clinical Biology (FSCB) Valtec protocol. The Architect ci8200 automaton presents the analytical performances required for a reliable determination of aminotransferases. The accuracy and reliability of the results obtained during an examination are conditioned not only by the laboratory personnel, the equipment and the environmental conditions, but also by the methods and their eventual validation or verification.
