Abstract

The preservation of conformational features and supramolecular synthons of polymorphic modifications of medicinal compounds on going from a crystalline form to a solution were studied by ROESY and DOSY NMR spectroscopy. Solutions of polymorphic modifications were shown to possess no structural memory. The intestinal permeability of substances does not depend on the degree of retention of non-bonded interaction system existing in a crystal.
