Verification and validation of business processes in business architecture using the formal method with V-Model concept

Abstract

In implementing EA itself, problems often occur, such as the incoherence and synchronization of business strategy with technology. To be able to find out the possibility that there is an error and quality in the company's business processes, it is necessary to carry out verification and validation. The stages of testing verification and validation of business processes use V-Model which has 3 layers. The results of this research will later become an improvement for the company to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in optimizing the company's business processes.
