Abstract

Antibody microarrays are an important tool for proteomics studies, enabling multiplexed analysis of hundreds of proteins in parallel. This rapid, robust methodology, which can generate useful data from as little as 15 microlitres of serum or plasma, has been successfully used to investigate differences in protein abundances between FVB and NOD-SCID mouse strains.
