Abstract

It is extremely rare for venous-injured gunshot wounds to cause cardiac embolism. Removal of cardiac embolism is essential in these patients. But there are also cases where it is not possible to remove the pellet for various reasons. In this case report, we aimed to present a case that we followed without removing pellets that did not damage important heart structures.
