Abstract
In our research, we aim to emphasize the importance of the decisions made by the government in functions as one to set up the Constituent National Assembly of Venezuela, or clarify the ideas of the national leader Nicolás Maduro, as, for example, his determination to rule out opposition parties. We will analyze how the President of the Republic managed to stop the process of insurrection and present the forecast of the actions to be undertaken by the opposition and the Venezuelan government.

En el año 2013, después de la muerte de Hugo Chávez, en Venezuela empezó la nueva era no solamente política, sino también económica que produjo la debilitación de las posiciones chavistas anteriormente fuertes en el país

Summary
Nuestra investigación tiene como objetivo destacar la importancia de las decisiones del gobierno de Venezuela en funciones, como la creación de la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente de Venezuela, esclarecer las ideas del líder chavista Nicolás Maduro, como, por ejemplo, la determinación de ilegalizar a los partidos de oposición. Analizaremos como el presidente de la República consiguió detener el proceso de insurrección y presentaremos el pronóstico de las potenciales acciones por la parte de la oposición y el gobierno de Venezuela.
